Methodology
A reliable & valid test containing 40 situation questions based on eight parameters. It takes about 60 minutes to complete the assessment. Each student gets a personalised report on his/her key development indicators along with most preferred career choice among 140 possible career options.

Outcomes

  • Career assessments are designed to discover the inner skills, aptitude and talents -key development indicators (KDIs). The student will be able to identify his/her aptitude for choosing the most appropriate stream as per their interest (science, commerce, humanities and vocational courses).
  • It helps shortlist & select few careers that can be pursued from a whole set of 140 career options.
  • The student enjoys the subjects as the career is of his/her choice and not imposed leading to lower drop-out and better performance.

Workshop Content
Creating Personal Brands through Effective Communication (4 hours)
Power of communication; how communication errors lead to disasters. Each student is assessed on the level of English communication w.r.t MTI, voice modulations, enunciation, articulation for pre-assessment. Each becomes confident in speaking, comes out of the shell, learn fear fighting through multiple activities which leads to fluent flow of responses. The students learn to listen, contemplate, recall & showcase tactful communication. Pre & Post videos are used to showcase progressions.

I- Power Grooming (2 hours)
Nuts and bolts of good grooming, dressing & dinning etiquettes, self-esteem, body postures, dress codes, hygiene and associated impacts. Presenting self. Grooming practices for males and females through step-by-step demonstrations.

II- Understanding self through psychometric test & Self-pitching (Winning first 40 seconds of the interview) (6 hours)
Differentiating skills, identify most important part of self-pitching; respond to questions like, tell me about yourself, why should you be hired, why only you, etc., with a KSA approach in most effective way. Presenting self with abilities, social skills, positive attitude, empathy; all that makes a person an impressive personality.

III- Building a customised appropriate CV as per accolades/Video CVs /Linked-in profiles (4 hours)
CVs as a passport, Format, common errors, success/Failure-Good/Bad CV: CVs to be made ready, students to be ready with their CVs. All students to prepare video CVs on given parameters.

IV- Understanding Job Descriptions & high-level preparation based on required Job skills (2 hours)
Reading JD, understand the level of responsibility, job roles, skills required, matching self-skills with the JD to present self as the most appropriate candidate for job.

V- Individual Mock interviews with detailed feedbacks (22 hours)
Group Discussions (6 hours): Learning the art of success in GDs, rules, etiquettes, practice multiple types-abstract, CA, case, simulation, content formation, recordings-detailed feedbacks.

Company-based full PI process, Individual PIs (situational, behavioural & technical) with detailed feedbacks. Pre & post videos-detailed feedbacks

Expected Outcomes
The students are able to qualify various rounds of placement process while demonstrating high level of desired competencies. (Including Group Discussions, Behavioural, Situational and Technical Personal Interviews)

After the test, counselling session (one-o-one) on/offline is required. The duration may go upto one and a half hours. In some cases, there may be several sessions, based on the need.

It also helps employees to work effectively , students to concentrate on their real aptitude and bureaucrats to take decisions based on logics.
